On every item you will see a delivery estimate, e.g., 10 working days. This is the time taken for a product to be delivered to us and then for us to dispatch it to you. You should expect delivery no more than 4 days after dispatch. You will receive an email from us once your product is dispatched.
You will be charged delivery for every product, so if you are ordering more than one, the total delivery will be added up at checkout. But the good news is, we cap our delivery costs. So no matter how much you order, it’ll never be more than £39.95 (Please note there are some exempt postal codes from this). We base our delivery prices on the size and weight of what you are buying – here is a full breakdown:
FREE DELIVERY – On some items we offer free delivery depending on which supplier it comes from.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY £5.95
These will be delivered by a national courier. They will be delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch, between Monday and Friday. Someone will have to sign for the items on delivery. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and you it will either be re-delivered, be able to collect from a neighbour or collect from the local post office. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away.
LARGE ITEMS – £39.95
These items will be delivered by a specialist furniture courier. They will be in contact to a organise delivery date via text or email, 3-4 days before delivery. You will receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery and the item can be delivered to any downstairs room of choice. Depending on the item, please have someone to help the delivery driver where necessary. If there is no-one available, the item may not be delivered and you will incur the delivery charges for re-delivering. You will sign a delivery note and be given a ‘safe delivery’ receipt. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away (unless requested). Please also remember that it is your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors /staircases in their packaging before you place your order.
Delivery will happen Monday to Friday. For some larger items we may be able to arrange delivery on a Saturday. Please check with us before ordering.

CAN MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED TOGETHER?
It really depends on the order. As the products are coming from different suppliers, it may be that certain products are available before others. As you have paid postage per item, it is our priority to get the item to you asap.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes this is possible, of course. As long as the product has not been dispatched, we can amend the delivery address.

Not all postcodes are included in our delivery pricing. If it is not showing as available, please give us a call and we can work out the price for you.
