If you would like to make a return, please follow the 3 simple steps below:

  1. Please contact us at, and notify us that you want to return an item. Please note this has to be within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
  2. Please pack your returning item, in its original unused condition and original packaging along with the returns form that will be emailed to you once you have notified us (as above). Please be sure to include your order number and name on the form.

When you receive your items you must check them as soon as you can. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We are unable to replace or refund any items that are not notified within this time.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund your postage costs.

When posting back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Collection service – If your item is too big or heavy to take to the post office, you can call us to arrange a courier to collect. We will deduct the cost from the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Made to order, bespoke items, such as some of our sofas and chairs, are non-refundable. Please check before ordering if you are unsure.

You may return unopened wallpaper as long as it comes back in the pack that it was delivered in. If for example, you order wallpaper, that comes as 3 rolls, then all 3 rolls have to be returned, undamaged and unopended. You cannot return 1 roll out of a pack of 3.

Please note sale items are non-refundable.


Please email, within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged /faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or refund with you.

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund postage costs on damaged goods if you do not contact us first.


We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company, whilst waiting for you returns to be refunded to your card.

All orders will be refunded in sterling, within 48 hours of receipt of return. Refunds may take upto 5 working days to clear in your account.
